Refund Policy
At The “Never Taught Us” Collection, we stand behind the value of our digital eBooks. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase.
1. Digital Product Nature
Our products are digital eBooks delivered in PDF format instantly upon purchase. Because access is granted immediately, please review the offer details before completing your order.
2. Refund Eligibility
If you experience any technical issues opening or downloading the eBooks, or if you feel the material did not deliver on what was promised, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please send an email to sufizady@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- The email address used during purchase
- Your Razorpay payment ID / transaction reference
4. Processing Time
Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
Delivery
The eBooks are digital products in PDF format. Nothing is shipped. After a successful payment, the customer is taken to a download page where the files can be saved immediately.
